MEET ANNIE
Annie is a seasoned leader in personal and organizational development with a deep-seated passion for empowering individuals to unlock their potential. With over a decade of experience in roles such as Director of Operational Excellence at a renowned strategy consultancy in Munich and executive assistant to Dr. Arend Oetker, Annie has honed her expertise in leadership, strategy, and innovation.
Annie holds a doctorate on public value and leadership, completed during a fellowship at Harvard University, as well as degrees in Psychology and Economics. Beyond her corporate achievements, she is also the driving force behind the coaching program “New Leipzig Talents,” where she inspires future leaders to thrive.
Living with her husband and two children in Altötting, near Munich, Annie finds joy in life’s simple pleasures: savoring espresso, exploring the mountains, and sharing good food with loved ones.
MEET MERVE
Merve is a Senior UX Designer at Telefónica, contributing to the company's largest transformation project. With over nine years of experience designing and managing digital products. She has worked at Sixt Leasing, where she collaborated with interdisciplinary teams and developers, including two on-site projects in India.
Merve holds a degree in Interaction Design and is driven by a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that solve complex problems and improve lives. Her expertise spans apps, websites, and various digital platforms, delivering innovative solutions with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
Her love for design goes beyond digital interfaces. Merve’s passion for fashion led her to design her own line of handbags, and she decided to embark on this creative journey together with Annie. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and embracing new cultures, and is known for her curiosity and positive energy. She lives in Munich with her husband.
